In order to boost our Climate Change Adaptation consultancy activities for enterprises and communities, we are looking for an experienced Consultant (f/m). In this job, you will :
- Acquire new clients, manage and expand the clients portfolio, identify and follow up new business opportunities, provide market feedback to the management
- Manage and conduct consultancy projects from prospection to follow-up and after-sales
- Mobilise your scientific and technical skills and knowledge to develop and implement strategic approaches and relevant and realistic action plans, in co-operation with customers and other consultants
- Work in close co-operation with expert consultants and the management to develop further Factor-X activities
Profile :
- Masters degree in sciences, civil engineering, commercial engineering or equivalent by experience
- Proven track record in effective sales of services to enterprises (multinationals and SME’s)
- 3+ years experience in the management of climate change projects, experience in consultancy is an asset
- Strong interest for environmental topics related to greenhouse gas, hydric resources, ecosystem services, risk management
Skills :
- Excellent business sense, good understanding of markets and competition

- Deal closer who demonstrates the necessary skills to negotiate with partners and clients
- Advanced practice of climatology, methodologies and tools for climate change analysis
